BBF Events PH (formerly, BridesBestfriend Weddings & Events) is set to guide and help you from planning for an event concept and details according to your distinct personalities and needs, finding and matching you to the most credible suppliers, to managing the budget, and making sure that plans will be implemented smoothly, efficiently, and any problems that may arise will be handled discreetly without necessarily involving you, our dear client.

Our Work Process
Step 1: Inquiry
Send us an email or drop a message in our fb / instagram account or use the contact menu regarding your event concern. We will check the availability of the event date.
Step 2: Discussion
For further questions and clarifications, set up an appointment either personal meet-up or online video call.
Step 3: Service Agreement and Initial Payment
After deciding on which service or package to get, we will proceed with the contract signing and processing of initial payment.
Step 4: Planning Process
For Full-planning/Semi-full Planning Service
- Discuss concept, style, and event vision. Clients may email their pegs for inspiration.
- BBF to present a mood board or an event deck and budget proposal for client approval.
- Once approved, BBF will book the suppliers.
- Upon confirmation of booking, BBF sets up a meeting with major suppliers to discuss further details.
For Month-of or Day-of Coordination
- Turn over contracts from different suppliers 1-2 months before the event (for the Month-of) and 1-2 weeks before the event (for the Day-of service).
- BBF to review and see if there are details missed and/or needs to be polished.
- Coordination meeting with major suppliers.
